License grant
The subscription provides a limited, non-transferable right to access and use the software during an active subscription, subject to the plan limits and license type described on the applicable plan page.
Restrictions
Do not reverse engineer the service, circumvent access controls, resell access without authorization, or use the service in ways that violate applicable law or the terms of the selected plan.
Your content
You retain ownership of content you upload or create. You are responsible for having the rights needed to store, share, and process that content using the service.
Service availability
The service is provided on an ongoing basis, but maintenance, outages, or feature changes can occur. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or a particular business result.
Termination
Access ends when a subscription is cancelled or terminated, subject to any period already paid for and any applicable refund rights. Data export and retention are governed by the service configuration and applicable terms.
Warranty disclaimer
The service is provided as described on the site. Nothing in this EULA removes consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
