30-day full refund
We offer a full refund within 30 days of any payment, no questions asked. Refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
How to request
Use the support or contact channel associated with your account and provide enough transaction information to locate the payment. We may ask for a basic confirmation of the account or payment.
Monthly renewals
Because plans renew automatically every month until cancelled, the 30-day refund window applies to each payment. Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not automatically reverse a past payment outside the stated window.
Trial period
No payment is taken during the free trial. If a production subscription converts after the trial, the conversion timing, amount, renewal cadence, and cancellation process should be displayed before the charge.
Exceptions
Where required by applicable law, statutory consumer rights may supplement this policy. Nothing here is intended to remove a right that cannot legally be excluded.
