Agreement
These Terms describe the subscription service, acceptable use, account responsibilities, and the rules that apply to purchases of the software service. Using the service means you agree to follow the applicable plan limits and these terms.
Subscriptions and billing
Plans are billed monthly. Each subscription renews automatically every month until cancelled. Cancel from account settings. There is no cancellation fee. Access normally remains available through the current billing period after cancellation.
Trials
The stated free trial is available without requiring a credit card in this demo. Nothing is charged during the trial. A production billing integration should clearly explain any conversion from a trial to a paid subscription before the charge occurs.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to violate laws, infringe intellectual property rights, distribute malicious software, or interfere with service operation. Do not attempt to circumvent access controls or use a subscription outside the license granted by the selected plan.
Ownership
You retain rights in your content. The service provider receives only the permissions needed to host, sync, secure, display, and process the content necessary to provide the service.
Changes and termination
Features may evolve, and accounts may be suspended for material violations or other lawful reasons. Where notice is required, reasonable notice will be given. Cancellation of a subscription stops future renewals.
Refunds
We offer a full refund within 30 days of any payment, no questions asked. Refund processing details are provided in the Refund Policy.
